SPEAKEASY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SpeakEasy subscription service. Please read them before subscribing.

1. THE SERVICE

SpeakEasy is an interactive, AI-powered language learning service with lessons, exercises and educational content. It is available on Android, iOS and desktop (via web browser).

The Service is available to Safaricom subscribers only.

2. PRICE AND BILLING

SpeakEasy is a daily subscription at 15 KES per day. The subscription renews automatically every day until you cancel.

The charge is deducted from your Safaricom balance.

An internet connection is required to use the Service. Data charges are not included in the price and are billed separately by Safaricom according to its tariffs.

3. SUBSCRIPTION

By clicking “Subscribe” and confirming your subscription, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be charged 15 KES per day until you cancel.

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be authorised to use the Safaricom line used to subscribe.

4. CANCELLATION

You can cancel at any time, at no extra charge, by e-mailing customer.service@linkit360.com with your phone number. Daily charges stop once your cancellation is processed.

5. USE OF CONTENT

All content is for personal, non-commercial use only. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and may not be copied, published, redistributed or resold.

6. SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS

For questions or complaints, e-mail customer.service@linkit360.com. Please include your phone number and a short description of the issue. Complaints are handled within 14 calendar days of receipt.

7. PRIVACY

We keep your phone number only as long as needed to provide the Service, handle complaints and meet legal requirements. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by e-mailing customer.service@linkit360.com.
